October is here and the festive season is right around the corner. Which is why, this year, I have decided to experiment with my make up. Usually, I am the sort of person who thinks that a dash of kohl and gloss is more than enough and I don’t really bother with foundation, concealer et al. Not anymore. I have decided come out of my comfort zone and try my hand other things, too. Luxola was kind enough to encourage my transition by sending is some gorgeous make up products. I have kept this look very subdued and light. I believe it would be best suited for the day time.

I have used a bright raspberry pink lipstick to brighten up a dull autumn’s day and to liven up grey outfits that I generally tend to sport during the fall. I have also used the lipstick on cheeks and have dabbed it lightly to create a flushed look!
