Hello girls!

Its official! Summer is here and its time to bid goodbye to my lovely body butters and say hello to lightweight lotions and face washes. I change my skin care routine as the seasons change and this time around, I have started using products from Biotique. So what does my skin care routine look like? Let’s find out.

Cleansing: Fresh, Clear and beautiful skin begins here

Bio Morning Nectar Face Wash rejuvenates and moisturises skin with natural oils. Herbs like Honey and Coconut Oil help soothe and lighten skin. Use twice a day for clear and even toned skin.

My review: The Bio Morning Nectar Face Wash is absolutely sublime. It is lightweight, gentle and it cleanses my skin without taking away the essential oils. I love its light fragrance and the fact that I require very little to wash my entire face.

Scrub: Clear the way for new skin to surface

Bio Papaya Revitalizing Tan Removal Scrub exfoliates dead skin and unclogs open pores, keeping the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Papaya is a natural exfoliator which helps remove tan withouth any irriation caused to the skin and Neem helps keep acne at bay with its anti-bacterial properties. You may gently massage the scrub for 2-3 minutes and remove with water or damp cotton.

My review: Since I have dry skin, I tend to be a little wary of scrubs. Scrubs that are granular tend to leave my skin feeling very dry and scrub which is I tend to use a scrub on my hands first to understand if my sensitive skin could take it. Luckily, for me, the Bio Papaya Revitalizing Tan Removal Scrub was compatible for my skin. Yes, it was granular but it left my face feeling soft and clean. I tend to use this once a week at least.

Moisturize: Nourish, hydrate, protect and illuminate skin daily

Bio Morning Nectar Flawless Skin Lotion sinks into skin to replenish lost moisture for a noticeably fresher, brighter complexion. Moisturize your skin twice during the day (morning & evening) for maximum hydration.

My review: The Bio Morning Nextar Flawless Skin Lotion has a similar fragrance to the facewash and it does not linger on. It comes in a squeeze bottle and initially you may have to use all your muscle strength to get the product out. That being said, I must tell you it is completely worth the effort. This product is something that will bode well for those with dry to normal skin in the summers as it does not feel heavy on the skin.

So this is the skin care products that are going to pamper my skin for the next three months! What are your thoughts? Let me know J

I love most of Biotique products. I feel they are light on the skin as they give you a relaxing feel & are reasonably priced too. I have tried all the these three products & I must say I love the fragrance of this range. The scrub is nice not to harsh at all as I have especially sensitive skin. Love the picture of the products you have clicked!

About Munni of all Trades

We remember the day seven years back when were travelling in a Mumbai local trying hard to come up with a name for our blog when struck us; Khushboo was always called a Jack of all Trades. The name stuck (with a slight modification, of course) and Munni was born. Six years, over 100 collaborations, lakhs of readers and several awards later; our love for blogging continues to grow. We continue to write on an eclectic range of topics from the funniest autorickshaw signs that we have spotted in Mumbai to how to bathe an elephant. We are true blue Munni of all Trades and we hope to continue on this joyride with our fellow Munnis and Munnas. Read More
