Pretty in Red with Scullers

Off late, I am attracted to reds like a chumbak to metal, like a fly to a bulb of light, like chocolate sauce to vanilla ice cream…ok comparisons are not my strong suit, I admit.

I had recently gone shopping to Inorbit Vashi and this pretty red top enticed me to enter the Scullers store for a closer look.

What I loved about this top is its simple and elegant design; the golden zipper that adds a nice little touch to the overall look. I can pair it up with up great shoes, a delicate bracelet (the one that I recently got from Jealous 21) and a fabulous bag!

I also picked up a camisole to go with the top as it is quite transparent and I had a perfect outfit for my night out with girlfriends.

While my heart was set on picking out more tops from Scullers, my mean little brain reminded me that I was almost broke but that did not mean, I cannot show you which other tops I fell in love with J

Scullers by the way has a great collection of menswear, too.

Once I get some money into my bank account, I swear I am going to run all the way to Vashi to pick out that gorgeous peach top. I had a great debate while choosing from both these tops but in the end, the red one won simple because I loved the colour!
Which one would you have chosen if you had the choice? What do you think about my red top? And my new haircut? Did you notice it? Let me know J

You remind me of Scarlet O'Hara the central character in the book 'Gone with the wind'by Margret Mitchel.

About Munni of all Trades

We remember the day seven years back when were travelling in a Mumbai local trying hard to come up with a name for our blog when struck us; Khushboo was always called a Jack of all Trades. The name stuck (with a slight modification, of course) and Munni was born. Six years, over 100 collaborations, lakhs of readers and several awards later; our love for blogging continues to grow. We continue to write on an eclectic range of topics from the funniest autorickshaw signs that we have spotted in Mumbai to how to bathe an elephant. We are true blue Munni of all Trades and we hope to continue on this joyride with our fellow Munnis and Munnas. Read More
