Packing my world in Renault Lodgy!

Did you ever think that you can pack your entire world in a car? I never thought so until I came across the Renault Lodgy. I was apprehensive at first, because after all I am the biggest hoarder you will come across in your life but I thought “isko chance dekar dekhte hai” Was I satisfied? Hell yes!
I am sure you are curious to know how exactly I managed to pack my world  right? Let me show you how!

The first thing you should know is that I live in a big fat joint family and therefore space is always an issue for us. No car is big enough for us to seat ourselves comfortably. Over the years, I have developed Jerky Cramped Leg Syndrome and My Frozen Hand Syndrome (I invented these super cool terms BTW) So when I saw the number of seats in the Lodgy, my eyes literally popped out. Like this!
Have a look at the seats yourself!

Now I can happily seat my mom, dad, sister, didi, Nanaji and myself! J

And kiss goodbye to those terrible Syndromes, too 😛

Now the second thing that is very important in my world are my books! I know what a lot of people may say, “Books to Kindle me carry karo no”
To those people, I have only one response

I love my Books. PAPER BOOKS! Not Kindle!!! And my dear Renault Lodgy has a dynamic trunk storage of 207 liters expandable to 1861 liters! Woohoo. Basically, I can pack all my favourite books in the trunk and still have space in case I end up buying something on the way 😀

The third thing that is absolutely an essential part of my world is my bottle or as I like to call it ‘My Batli’.

My Batli has been my companion for the past four years and has seen the world with me. I swear. I carry it wherever I go no matter what. It is old, dented and the dhakan is slightly broken but at the end of the day, it is my Batli. So, a car should definitely have a special designated space for it. I know it is silly, but the number of cars that don’t have special space for it will really shock you!

But Renault Lodgy continues to impress me!

The fourth important thing that I metaphorically carry around is safety. I have always been paranoid about it ever since a near miss accident that I had been a part of years ago. For my family, I want the absolute best when it comes to safety. Be it health insurance, fire insurance or even the safest vehicle for them to travel. And Renault Lodgy continues to delight me in this aspect, too.

The fifth most important thing for me is my music and food. Both of them are a close tie for me personally. But music is usually available in our smartphones right? But when you are driving, wouldn’t you rather have a state of the art music system that soothes you as you whizz past! And as for food, I hate it when my coffee or sandwich spills over during a speed break.

With the Renault Lodgy, my life is pretty much perfect! I can carry my entire world in this wonderful car! All I have to say is

I’m participating in the #LiveLodgycal contest with Renaultin association with BlogAdda to get a chance to be a part of the #LiveLodgycal Drive in Goa.

I'm not knowledgeable on cars and neither do I drive. so I can't say much about this. but it's indeed a good choice as a family car in terms of size.

Interesting, well written review which covers almost everything about Renault Lodgy that one wants to know. My father and me were thinking about Renault Duster but he doesn't love 4 seat car. Now with this review review I am definitely going to convince him regarding My Renault Lodgy….

Beautiful interior! Your style of car review is something else. I wonder if this is available in my country? I'd like to see one and maybe test drive it too.

Thanks for the humor! This looks like a really nice car. I've got a big family, too and we all can sit comfortably in the Lodgy. The only problem is the budget. 😉

I prefer books too… and the mention about kindle made me want to cry.. it was an item that someone important to me used to lie to me … a little irrelevant, but the car review was impressive.

My car is the extension of my room and my flat. My work requires me to travel a lot so that means I either spend a lot of time on the road or on flights. When on the road, it's important to have a comfortable ride – all the time …. which makes me love the Renault. I love the car seats and it looks like there's a lot of leg room there and the cup holders + flight trays are important too.

I don't drive, but this car looks comfy. Are those leather seats? The size makes it a great family car too!
