My Shopping experience with Vouchercloud

Coupon sites are a rage nowadays with each one offering a bigger and better discount than the other. But how many of them actually deliver on their promises? To test this, I shopped using coupons from a newly launched website called Vouchercloud.

Now I am sure you must be excited to know about the website.
Recently launched in India, vouchercloud is a service that finds coupons and coupon codes for all your shopping needs helping you Live More, Spend Less.
See short, simple and brief description. J
So let me stop rambling and get straight to the point. My birthday is coming up and I wanted to indulge in some retail therapy. I had a fixed budget and wanted to get the maximum out of it. Now, there are numerous coupon websites but not all of them have coupons of my favourite online shopping destinations. But after I registered on Vouchercloud and tried to look for websites, I was surprised to see coupons for them.
Excited, I spent the entire day shopping. Have a look at what I bought and my total savings!
I wanted to liven up my bunk on my birthday so went hunting for Happily Unmarried’s coupons which are never available easily. I got the one that suited my needs and started shopping. Now, the problem with most coupon websites is that they have really tempting coupons on their pages but when you actually try to use them, you draw a blank. But not with Vouchercloud! I could easily use all the coupons they had.

Next I wanted Fashion and You coupons and lo behold! I managed to find great ones. I quickly added the products to my shopping cart and went on to use this coupon.

 Yup, I got a discount of Rs. 1239! 😀

Now using Jabong’s coupon was a little tricky. It was applicable only on certain product and not store wise. Still I managed to get a great deal. A pair of black denims for less than 1000 bucks.

After a satisfying day of online shopping I brought my calculator out to know how much I managed to save Rs. 1639! Now I deserve a round of applause for being so thrifty.

Usually after a review I write about the website’s pros and cons but I can’t seem to find any cons at all. So do I recommend vouchercloud for online shopping? My answer is a BIG YES!

Good to have such a website giving out discount codes! Not sure about this one, but some other I've encountered give discounts on items that are already pricey, so even with the codes used, it's actually still more budget friendly to get alternatives elsewhere….

That's such an easy way to shop! I have always had problems with redeeming those vouchers we find in various other sites. Will try this one out and tell you if it worked 🙂

About Munni of all Trades

We remember the day seven years back when were travelling in a Mumbai local trying hard to come up with a name for our blog when struck us; Khushboo was always called a Jack of all Trades. The name stuck (with a slight modification, of course) and Munni was born. Six years, over 100 collaborations, lakhs of readers and several awards later; our love for blogging continues to grow. We continue to write on an eclectic range of topics from the funniest autorickshaw signs that we have spotted in Mumbai to how to bathe an elephant. We are true blue Munni of all Trades and we hope to continue on this joyride with our fellow Munnis and Munnas. Read More
