Well, it took me two whole weeks to come up wit it. You see I had fixed criteria for my recipe.
- It had to be healthy yet delicious
- It had to have a sweet, salty, spicy and crunchy element to it
- When combined, the ingredients would be an exotic combinations, but individually they should be things that are easily available
- The pasta should be quintessentially Italian but would use of seasonal Indian fruits and veggies
Equipments used: Clean bowls, non stick pan and a wooden spoon.
