What according you is the most important accompaniment to a T.V. remote? A huge bowl of popcorn of course! And if you have it in interesting flavours like caramel and cheese then you will definitely have to battle it out with your family to ensure that you manage to get a handful of the delicious kernels. My family did have a war over WOW Popcorn on the day I was supposed to leave Mumbai. Hope you enjoy the review and the photos.
About WOW Popcorn
WOW Popcorn is a one-of-its-kind popcorn outlet chain, which brings you the finest quality of corn kernels sourced from only the best plantations around the world. WOW Popcorn came into existence in Mumbai on April 28th, 2013 after a thorough search across the land revealed that a popcorn craving would never be satisfied, unless someone decided to bring the WOW experience into the city
There was peace in the house till the delivery man came in bearing 6 different flavours of WOW Popcorn. We tried Mexican, Pudina, Mumbai Cheese Tadka, Cheese, Caramel and Butter Salt.
I was immediately drawn to Mexican andx Mumbai Cheeese Tadka as they sounded really exotic. The Mexican popcorn was flavourful and tangy and I enjoyed it all. Caramel and Butter Salt were made to perfection and I happy to report that the caramel popcorn was crispy instead of being sticky. Most popcorn outlets at theatres fail to get caramel popcorn right but WOW definitely proved to be an exception.
Mumbai Cheese Tadka (which sounded interesting) proved to be very similar to your regular cheese popcorn. I was a little disappointed because I expected something extraordinary.
Pudina popcorn was savoury and scrumptious and was my favourite flavour.
WOW Popcorn definitely offers you some unique flavours and allows you to experiment as well. It is however on an expensive side but when you are out having fun with your family, money doesn’t really matter now, does it?
